Real Essence of Christmas

Many people are sending cards,
Looking for cool toys,
Buying expensive dresses,
and wrapping gifts.

Others keep on writing poems,
Searching for best quotes,
Decorating huge christmas trees,
and singing sweet carols.

Some of us are projecting joys
in our little and lovely faces,
Extending our arms to relatives,
Kissing and hugging friends.

We may celebrate christmas
in different ways,
But let us not forget
its real and true essence,
That the center of these holidays,
is no other than but Jesus.

Christmas is not about
having worldly things.
It's a time of singing hymn of praise.
Honoring His righteousness,
and His never ceasing presence.

For all of us will be blest,
refreshed our mind with happy thoughts,
filled our hearts with peace
and showered with many countless blessings.
